Weekly Reflection

Fellows are to complete the following reflection at the end of each week during their residency.

Executive Coach and Principal Mentor Evaluations

NC State Principal Fellows are evaluated by their Executive Coaches and Principal Mentors twice per semester during the Principal Residency year. They also participate in Formative Assessment Days led by the NELA/MSA project team.

Executive Coach and Principal Mentor Reports for the fall semester are due December 2025, and their reports for the spring semester are due April 2026.

Below are a template of the evaluation report and a tutorial video. The NELA/MSA Team will email each Executive Coach and Principal Mentor a report for each Fellow.
